While finding your bank or payment provider via the search bar is generally rather straightforward, it can prove tricky at times.
This has to do with the fact that some banks or payment providers are part of a network or association which is processing all online banking transactions on their behalf.
Due to that, one has to use the name of the network or association in order to connect one's online banking account to the Airbank App.

How to quickly find the right name
When trying to connect a bank account, pleasure ensure you know the name of the network or association (banking association).
If you wish to connect your account at "Raiffeisenbank Montfort" (a Raiffeisenbank branch in Austria), you will find that the search function in the Airbank App will not show any results for "Raiffeisenbank Montfort". That is because all the "Raiffeisenbank" branches in Austria operate their online banking via one portal.
Due to that, one has to type in "Raiffeisen Bank Austria" (the common name of the banking association) in order to connect an account at "Raiffeisenbank Montfort".
This applies to a number of different banks in various countries. If you are not sure about the common or shared designated used by your particular bank's network or association, please go to the bank's official homepage and check their online banking section.
