Take the following steps to connect your Erste Bank account to the Airbank App.

First, please go to the "Connect new bank" button in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard & click on it.

Now, type in "Erste Bank" (in the search field - see screenshot below).

Click on "Erste Bank".

Now, the following loading message will appear.

After a few seconds, you should be redirected to the log-in page of the bank.

Enter your "User number" or "User name" and click on "Start login".

Now, confirm the connection via Safeconnect UAB.

Depending on the particular Erste Bank online portal you are using (the George App or the standard Erste Bank online banking portal), a particular variety of the following 2FA confirmation procedure will have to be completed:

  1. Provide your IBAN or your account number and the phone number connected to your online banking account & then click on "Continue" (or provide your account number & a password)

  2. Once you receive a text message with your TAN code, enter the TAN, as well as your password.

  3. Confirm the entry

Congratulations! Your Erste Bank account is now connected!

You should now be redirected to the Airbank App and see the Erste Bank logo in the upper left-hand corner of the your banking dashboard.
