Solution: Try to sign up and restart the authentication process:

  1. Go back to the sign up page

  2. Type in your email address.

  3. Verify your email address by clicking on the link you received in your inbox.

  4. Type in your phone number and country code and verify it through the 6-digit code sent to you via SMS to complete the 2-factor authentication process

  5. Thereafter select and confirm your password

  6. Type in your first and last name as well as the name of your company
