Collaborating on your company's financial management and Pre-Accounting with your team members is one of Airbank's core principles. This article describes how you can invite your finance team to Airbank.

  1. Navigate to the Settings page of your company

  2. Select Team Members on the left side menu bar

  3. Click on "Invite member". Enter the name, email address, and access level of the team member you want to add and click "Save".

💡 Tip: Be clear which access rights your team members get. You can limit their access to legal entities, categories, or bank accounts. You can also adjust accesses to read-only, or with payment and approval thresholds.

Collaborating with your team members - tag them and filter your transactions by team member

If you wish to tag a team member on one of the transactions you can the latter the following way: select the transaction you wish to tag your team member on.

Select the transaction, click on "View and edit" and the 'Transaction details'-window will open.

By clicking on "Transaction owner" the available team members of your company that you have invited to your account will appear below. Select the team member you would like tag and they will notified on their Airbank site.

Airbank allows you to filter your transactions on the "Transactions" tab where you have an overview of all your transactions. On the top left corner, above the list of transactions, you can see a box named "Filter". Clicking on it will open the Filter options.

The filter options are listed below. As you can see, transactions can also be filtered by team members. Once you have assigned transactions to your team members you will be able to filter transactions according to the team member you are looking for.
