In certain cases, the sign up to Airbank or of completing the multi-factor authentication process gets disrupted. Most of the times, this is directly related to an unstable internet connection or a temporary interruption of the transmission of information.

If that happens, Airbank's security measures automatically cancel a sign up or authentication request. This is for your own and your data's safety and measures of this kind are widely used by different online platform and app providers.

Solution: Try to sign up and restart the authentication process:

  1. Go back to the sign up page

  2. Type in your personal information, provide an email address & choose a secure password

  3. Verify your email address by typing in the code you received in your inbox. Note: You will skip this step when signing up with Gmail.

  4. Provide a mobile number for the completion of the 2 factor authentication process

  5. Confirm your phone number by entering the six-digit code you just received.
