First, go to the personal settings area by clicking on the round symbol in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard (see arrow in the screenshot below).

Click on the "update profile" symbol

Now, click on the "Change password" button in the lower left-hand corner of the dashboard (see arrow in the screenshot below).

You can now change your password by typing in your current password in the upper text field and a new password in the lower field (see screenshot below).

After having entered your new password, select "Save".

Important: This password is the key to your bank statements. Make sure to use a password manager and to select a safe enough password to secure your accounts.

More about your password

A Strong Password should:

  • Be at least 8 characters in length

  • Contain both upper and lowercase alphabetic characters (e.g. A-Z, a-z)

  • Have at least one numerical character (e.g. 0-9)

  • Have at least one special character (e.g. ~!@#$%^&*()_-+=)

A Strong Password should not:

  • Spell a word or series of words that can be found in a standard dictionary

  • Spell a word with a number added to the beginning and the end

  • Be based on any personal information such as user id, family name, pet, birthday, etc.

Do not share your password with anyone for any reason. Airbank offers team access rights so you can safely have other people accessing relevant data without compromising your security

Change your password upon indication of compromise: If you suspect someone has compromised any of your accounts, change your password immediately.

Consider using a passphrase instead of a password: A passphrase is a password made up of a sequence of words with numeric and/or symbolic characters inserted throughout.

  • Do not write your password down or store it in an insecure manner

  • Avoid reusing a password

  • Avoid using the same password for multiple accounts: Consider using a password manager instead
